We routinely assist with all aspects of registration (and licensing once available) in the Cayman Islands for virtual asset service providers (VASPs), digital asset investment managers, funds, Cayman foundations for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). 1. Consulting & Structuring - we can advise on all types of entities and regulatory requirements. 

2. Cayman Entity Incorporation - whether as a Cayman company, LLC, partnership, CEC company with the Special Economic Zone,  or a foundation company (often used for DAO's)

3. Registered Office - as a regulated Company Manager by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), we are licensed to provide registered office and company management services.

4. Professional Web3, VASP & Digital Asset Directors - as a CIMA licensed fund we are authorised to provide director services, as set out in the Company Managers Act. We act for a wide range of entities as independent professional directors. 

5. CIMA Registration/Licensing as a VASP - we can assist with the filing as a VASP (or other regulated entity) and be the point contact for all comments. 

6. Cayman AML/KYC/KYB including on-chain analytics, wallet screening and reporting
