Before you begin
Can appointments be reviewed for an existing entity?
Yes. Provide the entity’s activities, current appointments, providers and any known outstanding matters.
Is investor onboarding included automatically?
No. Collection and verification of investor information, screening and record maintenance must be allocated expressly within the operating model.
Does this include an independent AML audit?
An independent audit is a separate assignment from ongoing officer appointments. Its scope and independence requirements must be considered separately.
