Reinstating a Cayman Islands Company
In what circumstances can a company become struck off? Under section 156 of the Companies Act (as revised) (the law), the Cayman Islands Registrar may strike a company off the Register of Companies if it has reasonable cause to believe that the company is not carrying on business or is not in operation. The most common reason for the strike off of a company is failure of the company to pay its annual statutory fees or the resignation of its registered office corporate service
