The Cayman Islands Government announced changes to company annual fees effective 1 January 2024. The announcement covered several entity categories and, for relevant companies, share-capital bands.
Use the current Registry schedule
Government charges can change after an announcement. For a current incorporation, renewal or other filing, consult the General Registry's applicable schedule and confirm the entity type and filing date. Historic amounts have been omitted here to avoid presenting them as current charges.
Annual maintenance
