Cayman Company Fee Increases for January 2024



Grand Cayman, 1 November 2023 - In light of Government's investments to improve the Companies Registrar's service delivery over the last decade, significantly in technology, company annual fees in the Cayman Islands will be increased modestly, as of 1 January 2024.


Annual fees have remained largely unchanged over the last decade. Accordingly, fees affecting companies will be adjusted to cover increased service delivery costs.


Below are the increases applicable to company annual fees. Please note that all figures are in USD.


1. Exempt Companies with a lower to upper share capital range of 0 to 42,000 will see annual fees increase from $854.00 to $1,006.00

2. Exempt Companies with a lower to upper share capital range of 42,001 to 820,000 will see annual fees increase from $1,219.52 to $1,372.00

3. Exempt Companies with a lower to upper share capital range of 820,001 to 1,640,000 will see annual fees increase from $2,419.52 to $2,572.00

4. Exempt Companies with a share capital above 1,640,000 will see annual fees increase from $3,131.71 to $3,284.15

5. Non-Resident Companies with a lower to upper share capital range of 0 to 42,000 will see annual fees increase from $823.17 to $975.61

6. Non-Resident Companies with a share capital above 42,000 will see annual fees increase from $1,115.86 to $1,268.30

7. Foreign Companies will see their annual fees increase from $1,646.35 to $1,890.25

8. Limited Liability Companies will see their annual fees increase from $976 to $1,219.52

9. SPC Cell fees will increase from $366.00 to $488.00 (up to a maximum of $7,318.00 or 15 cells)
