Engagement Terms

Services provided by Bell Rock Group Financial Services Limited are subject to a written engagement letter setting out the scope of services, fees, and terms of engagement. These general terms supplement the specific terms in your engagement letter.

Scope of Services

Bell Rock provides independent directors, corporate administration, compliance support, and related fiduciary services for Cayman entities. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or fund administration (NAV calculation).

Client Obligations

Clients must provide complete and accurate information, respond to due diligence requests and comply with applicable requirements. The engagement letter defines Bell Rock’s responsibilities and the matters to be completed by the client and other parties.

Regulatory Compliance

Services are subject to applicable regulatory requirements, client acceptance and AML/KYC checks. Regulatory approval or registration is required where the relevant activity or entity requires it; it is not a blanket requirement for every service. Engagements may be declined or terminated in accordance with applicable law and the engagement terms.

Limitation of Liability

The engagement letter governs the allocation of responsibility and any agreed limitations of liability, subject to applicable law. This website does not alter those terms or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands courts.
